I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Moss Adams LLP (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Applied online. Received a call to set up a phone interview (20 min) with recruiter in Seattle. Moved on to the next steps shortly thereafter. 2nd round interview: met with the LA audit team (3 hours). Got the offer.
Both interviews were purely behaviorial and a reviewing of my resumé. The LA audit staff are very easy to talk to; I personally enjoyed the experience. Make sure to treat the interview as a conversation. Prepare questions ahead of time.

Question 1
What skills from previous jobs can you apply to this position?
I interviewed with 2 members of the team, got an office tour, then went to lunch for the 3rd interview. It was just typical interview questions and questions around getting to know each other.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Moss Adams LLP (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Interview process was straightforward. I applied cold via their HR site, was contacted by a sourcer who set up a "Skype" interview with HR. Interviewed with HR, and then scheduled a day of short phone interviews, and 1 in-person interview at a nearby coffee shop. After that was invited for a day of in-house interviews with the same people, did an office tour, got taken out to a fancy lunch, and had an interview with the group's practice leader. Because the team is small, everyone knows each other, and has fluidity in working with other IT audit staff from other offices.

Question 1
What do you know about Moss Adams?, Why Moss Adams? What are you looking to do in your career? What was the biggest challenge you've faced? What do you do in your free time? A lot of the interview process is you asking them questions, that show how much you know and what your values are. The firm appears to be very values based (or at least the team I was interested in was)
