Interview
I had a very negative candidate experience.
First, I received a test link before even speaking to anyone, which already felt unusual. Still, I decided to invest my personal time and complete the test. One day later, I received an interview invitation.
The recruiter was late to the interview, although he informed me in advance. During the call, he was engaged, but he quickly said that another open position might fit me better and did not really consider me for the original role.
After that, he said my profile was not an ideal match for what the hiring manager wanted, and then I heard nothing for about a month. Eventually, I received a generic rejection.
Overall, the process felt poorly structured, unclear, and disrespectful of candidates’ time. I would not recommend this experience.

Interview
Interviewed for a Senior PM role across three rounds: HR screen, hiring manager and a live build.
The live build went well in the room: I scoped the problem, defined success metrics and risks, then built and iterated twice with positive feedback and discussion of next steps.
Nevertheless, I received a rejection email stating that I should have "moved faster to prototype". This criterion was not in the brief and never raised live, including when the interviewer checked mid-session.
Candidates should expect undocumented evaluation criterias (Not communicate by email nor by HR) and post-hoc feedback that doesn't match in-room signals. Polite team. Process is not calibrated.
Initial interview was with the internal recruiter. Though generally good and positive, they didn't seem to give many details on the squads/tribes and how they interact or how big the product team is and how they operate. After a friendly interview where a lot of information on the following rounds of interviews was discussed in detail - and documents about the product team/culture at moss, I was expecting proper feedback from the process for not pursuing my application. Instead I received a generic email with no substance. Not a great impression to be left with.
