It was one of the most unprofessional interviews I have ever encountered. They called me at 12 pm but started interview at 2 pm. It looked like the guy taking the interview was just randomly pulled from somewhere. He asked some technical questions which I answered for around half hour. Pretty easy stuff. Then they made me wait for the feedback. After sometime HR tells me they will hire me for contract position (whereas the interview was for permanent position) and I can join immediately. When I asked about salary they asked my expectation which I told them. They said they will get back to me but they never did. Not even a single word. Looks like neither the HR, nor the manager nor the technical people know what they are doing. Useless company. Stay away from this disorganized mess.
