Object Orientation. Not too hard. Very structured in terms of covering a variety of areas. More focus on approach and problem solving rather than any particular tool or technology.

Recruiter screen, Telephone tech screen, followed by an onsite interview . The whole process took more than 2 months. They seem to evaluate overall performance. Few questions missed would not hurt the outcome. Just stay positive through it.
