Well structured and relevant. Personality is more important than skill set. Not difficult but requires decent preparation. Not competitive environment in general. Networking is crucial in getting prepared for the interview

Easy going and smooth. Intensive interview with lots of open-ended questions to explor my perspective on differen topics. Overall, interview was qualitative and more like conversation which was nice. Interviewer was quite flexible and was open to answer questions.
