I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Norwich, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
A set list of questions asked by two of the team which didn't allow for much conversation. They looked at situations you would find yourself in and moved to skill based questions at the end.

Question 1
why mott macdonald? and what do you know about our values
The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!

Question 1
They asked me an interesting question about my hobbies outside of my work/student life. I really enjoy doing things outside of work, like my hobbies - which include active exercises.
