The interview took around one hour 15 minutes. The process was rather smooth and the interviewers were very helpful. They really helped to ease off the tension rather than stress me out even more. It felt a bit more like a chat than a formal interview.

Very structured with classic strengths/weaknesses based questions, what motivates you, why you applied to the company etc. A couple of technical questions including on safety and risk but nothing requiring calculations.

The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!
