I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interviewers appeared not to really have even looked at my CV, couldn't tell me anything about the role as it was a generic position and didn't even know whether I'd applied or been approached.
It seemed like they'd been asked to interview me at last minute whilst being given minimal information.
They skipped over a fair few questions they were supposed to ask and seemed like they wanted to be out of there asap. They said I'd hear from the recruitment team soon, never heard anything, not even a rejection and/or interview feedback.
Pretty poor setup in my opinion.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jul 2022
Interview
Took a full month from application submission until e-mail invite to an interview. The questions were standard and technical, the interviewers seems like they were bored by asking these questions. Did not get contacted after the interview (over a month ago) with an outcome at all.
