Interview
The interview process is smooth and straightforward. They asked questions about clinical skills and bed manner. They also asked behavior questions and career plan. They were very honest about the salary range.
Recruiter interview via the phone if you applied traditionally online from their careers website then nurse manager interview, then have to give in references. Experience based based regarding conflict resolution, prior experience, and relevant skills. Lasting about 30 minutes each.
