The interview process was pretty standard. I applied and they reached out via email to schedule an interview. The interview will vary by department but mine was pretty straight forward, asking questions related to research and my experience with it.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.

step 1: direct manager questions about experience, projects etc, why you're interested
