I had a phone call with HR first and then a few days later I was contacted to set up an interview with the head of the department. I then had to wait a couple of days to get the official letter from HR
Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.
