I found the job online and decided to apply for it. I attached my resume, and they gave me a call that week. I had an interview the day after they called and they made sure it was convenient for me. I didn't hear back within three days, so I gave them a call. They told me they had been busy but they were excited to offer me the job and thought I did really well.

The process is all done virtually, nothing in person. They schedule for an hour. Pretty simple, nothing crazy. They ask about customer service experience. What my motivations are. What my aspirations are, what pay I want etc etc

I applied online and was contacted the next day for an interview. The interview had all the members of management in the room, and lasted about 20 minutes. I was told I would have an answer either way by the end of that week, and never received a call back.
