I was called on the phone and went through a brief interview process where the interviewer wanted to understand my experience with certain software. I was then asked to come into an in-person interview. The in person interview was incredible, I got to visit their headquarters down in Sandy. We sat down in a conference room and went over Introductions, Job Details. They were very very open-minded and understanding.
