Arduous and inappropriate. Recruiter tried to give me a lot of "wink-wink" type of advice on how to act during my interview at the clinic and I think what he was trying to do was prepare me for some inappropriate questions and a lack of professionalism.

There were 3 interviews: one with the general recruiter, one with the regional manager, and the last one was in person at the clinic with the clinic manager. The interviews were very informative for me and they also gathered lots of information about myself.

the interview was pretty easy. You could tell they were desperate for therapists because the attrition rate is so high at this place. They burn through new grads like crazy here
