      Warehouse Supervisor Interview

      19 Aug 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Mansfield, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mouser Electronics (Mansfield, TX) in Jul 2014

      Interview

I met with the Warehouse Sr. Manager first and he had lots of questions about my management style, he then introduced me to the VP of Operations. After a week I heard back from the Operations HR Manager who also asked a lot of personality gauging questions and then offered me a tour of the facility with an operations manager. After another week of waiting I was able to meet with the HR director and get an official offer, the entire process took 3 to 4 weeks after each meeting I was informed quickly if I would moving to the next stage of the process and was not left hanging in the wind.
