One recruiter screen, then spoke with the CRO a few business days later. The interview was very rushed, and the CRO started the call by saying how much he hated 30 minute interviews. Due to the short amount of time, I was cut off consistently and moved on to the next set of questions. I was told that my "confidence" was a concern, and that the team was "nerdy", and that I was different than the rest of the team. The interview was loaded with unconscious bias and subjectivity.
