I applied online. I interviewed at Movari Marketing (Altamonte Springs, FL)
Interview
Phone interview, followed by in person interview, followed by on location interview at a department store. They sold themselves more than I had to sell myself. They don't directly communicate this but the company is more like a pyramid scheme that allows you to grow a pyramid below you than a place for upwards escalation.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Movari Marketing (Orla, TX)
Interview
The first interview was 5 minutes, and I received a call back for a second interview at an onsite location. When I got there, I realized this was a scam. You sit inside Sam's Club and solicit shoppers to buy hair products. The person interviewing me was too stupid to realize how aggravating and racist she was, profiling people of color with curly hair (I mean all types of curls, literally anything that wasn't ugly white people straight and greasy hair) to buy hair straighteners. The store employees were obviously aggravated too, they were trying to stock and she was ticking them off by trying to start a conversation or teasing to the point of irritating gnat while they were trying to do their jobs. Overall, I wouldn't bother applying to this "company". It's a scam and you only make $500 or more per week (the 500 is what you get if your commission sales aren't high enough, then they fire you if you aren't meeting sales goals.
