On a total 500 members attended the drive
1st round-GD(35 TO 40 members per batch)
The topics were not given..we can pick it..
Shortlisted to 2nd round
It was a communication/voice round, fluency and pronunciation was checked..very basic questions like self intro,hobbies,interests..etc..the rejection ratio was very high.
shortlisted to 3rd round
This is the final HR round..they asked about the company and job role and why IT field?
Answered everything
Got selected and got the intimation letter within a week..
But only 27 out of 500..got selected..
Smooth onboarding interview process . Overall nice, virtual interview , very well organised. application screening, an initial HR phone screening, a technical or departmental hiring manager interview, a practical assessment or panel round, and a final job offer.
Mostly about the OSI model and also about the routers and configurations. They will ask about Ip configuration and past experience and they will check your background.

It is was ai interview, they will check your communication skills via bot and ask you 5 questions, example what is your favourite food and then if you qualify for this then they have technical then hr ,in technical they will ask you about computer science core subjects like os,can, oops
