There was no real interview process. I was hired on social media on a reputable page on Facebook, I answered then was called in the next day or 2 for an interview. Interview took place in the DON's office with the DON herself and the CNM that responded to me on Facebook. They went through my CV, my student nurse experience, small questions, my commitments to the job as I did not live in the area
