Client round is the most important to get cleared. Initial discussion with Mphasis del mgr is only about knowing our profile & exp. If this is cleared, then a direct discn with client will be arranged.

It was good ,3 rounds of interview and Interviewer were excellent they will make you comfortable and give you time to think and scenario based question were quite good. follow is good and they have offered the healthy package as well.
