It took 2 weeks to get the first interview. Then one interview per week basically. HR, Hiring manager, take home project, code review with 2 team members, and finally 2 interviews with other 4 people. Total: one month. Communication was good while I had interviews ahead. But after the last one, total silence. Sent two emails: one follow up and then another one asking for feedback. They never replied. I'm very dissapointed after being one month interviewing with them they should at least communicate their decision better.
