Had 6 interviews for this role. Supposed to be 7 including the CEO but that did not happen thankfully. I must say that this is a very bad interview experience and process for me. Even a C level job doesn't require so many. Imagine the time wasted for both interviewers and interviewee. The process needs to be improved. A lead PM role doesn't need to have so many rounds and if really needed, they should have multiple people in a session. I do not see the point and there wasn't any structure. It's just for the sake of interviewing. If at any level, where the candidate don't pass, don't proceed. Move to the next. I was quite annoyed by this but thankful I got rejected also.

Interview 1: Some behavioral & leadership questions (this was already with the hiring manager). Interview 2: Leadership & culture questions with the chief of people. Interview 3: Product management questions from a lead engineer (face to face). Interview 4: Product thinking and problem solving questions with the hiring manager again (face to face). Interview 5: Random questions from the CTO. Interview 6: Culture and behavioral questions from HR. Interview 7: Cancelled and didn't happen with the CEO

2. Coding Interview + a bit of system design (2 leetcode easy and 1 leetcode medium sql)
3. Coding Interview (3 leetcode easy)
4. Behavioral interview (vibe check)

The interview experiences at Mudah seem to be positive overall. Employees have described the company as having a very family-oriented, upporting culture, with an empathetic CEO who is willing to invest time in his staffs. Howeve, some interviewees have highlighted that the pace of technology development could be a bit slow, and that there are some challenges in driving new value for users
