I interviewed at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide (Málaga)
Interview
very professional overall with lots of respect. It was a personal conversation with the manager and then a case test with the manager on some recruitment task which rounded off with a final conversation with the CEO of the company. Overall, the process was completed in 2 weeks, hence a decently fast process I have to say in my very humble opinion.

not structured, unprepared, didn't read my CV
Is the question illegal? YES
It is important every EU citizen knows their rights.
"The European Union has since 2000 a directive banning – among others – discrimination on the basis of age in employment and occupation. This means that: You are protected by the law if, for example, you think you are being treated unfairly when applying for a job because you are a(n) young/older person."
The Equality Acts of 1998 and 2004 prohibit employers and potential employers from discriminating against anyone on the basis of:
Gender
Marital Status
Race/Age
Disability
Family Status
Sexual orientation
Religion
Therefore, questions relating to any of these subjects could bring about criminal proceedings
