It was a call based on my application and pretty standard process. Technical evaluation and then I met their Director of operations. HR got involved in the negotiations phase. They were pretty straightforward and clear about the role.

It was a very thorough process and in accordance with industry trends i.e. HR approached with screening call and then arranged for a virtual technical interview with the hiring Manager. Final interview was a face to face meetup with hiring team (including the Director) and HR team. Overall a very professional process and handled in a similar way too.
