The interview experience was disappointing and did not feel professional or well-structured. The interviewer joined approximately 15 minutes late and appeared disengaged throughout the conversation, including yawning while I was introducing myself.
Additionally, the discussion did not focus on my current experience, implementation background, or the value I could bring to the organization. Instead, the majority of the interview centered around a previous organization we had both worked at, including discussions about its perks and the interviewer’s personal views about the company.
Overall, the conversation did not feel like an objective assessment of my skills or qualifications for the role, which made the rejection feel particularly discouraging.
