Shortly interview process - apply online, then get a call, then personal interview with someone from your country and in your country and if you need to relocate to another country then you have skype interview with people from another country - Malta. Interview and answer process takes too long time. Seemed they are unprofessional.

I was interviewed via skype. First I spoke a little bit about myself, the interviewer explained job tasks and asked more specific questions about my experience in customer service field, language skills etc.
