Overall a good experience with an innovative company! Details below.
Half hour interview: personal + technical screening with technical team members
Take-home technical assignment: 48 hours to complete fairly involved assignment from the moment I received the email. Was over the holidays and a tad frustrating that I had to take time away from family to complete. Would have been nice if they asked for my availability to complete. Little feedback on the assignment after submission.
30-minute interview with co-founders: extremely nice and engaging conversation with founders, discussed the company at large and about my experiences.
Received offer after co-founder interview. Asked to tour the office, was kindly given the opportunity to see the space and meet some more super nice team members.
Would have been excited to accept the offer if another opportunity hadn't been a better fit.

The process consisted of three interviews. The first one was a behavioral interview discussing motivation, the second was a home to do technical assignment related to Machine Learning, and the last one was a technical interview focusing on theoretical Machine Learning

Interview
First the interviewers introduced themselves and explained a bit about the company, then I introduced myself. For the second part I was asked some technical questions about Machine Learning and about my previous experience. Mainly general questions about concepts and how I would approach things. Finally they asked some soft skills questions and I was able to do some questions about them and the company.
