I was approached by a recruiter and then had a ‘screening call’ with someone from Multiverse. To be quite frank they were quite rude and seemed shut off to anyone’s opinion.

Interesting - very much a template to test your ability to stick to repeatable processes.
Standard ICCE interview but you have to demonstrate your ability to fact find, qualify and then sell yourself against the criteria and their definition of it.
Practical task comes later - which comes down to your ability to assess KPI's.
Very thorough, started out with a call with a recruiter and then onto an informal call with a Regional Manager.
You're then put through a very robust ICCE interview in what is effectively the first formal interview.
After this you go through the same process with a VP, but with an escalated difficulty and then finally with SVP.
