They were very friendly and open to share about the company culture. I had 3 rounds of interviews. But they never follow up with me on why I didn't get the offer.

Recruiter ghosted me after interviews. A company that doesn’t care about people investing their time into interviews clearly won’t care about their own employees. Disappointing and disrespectful especially when there’s auto generated emails they can send out
