Interview
stage 1- phone call interview- brief introduction to yourself, getting to know your CV
stage 2- video interview with mock call followed by an interview
stage 3- in person interview at their offices

Question 1
the first stage was a 5 minute phone call where they asked the following
1) why the company and why the role
2) tell me something not on your CV
3) what do you do in your spare time.
stage 2 was a video interview where you had to do a mock call pitching the company and then followed a 40 minute interview regarding to learn more about your motivations and why the company.
final stage is an in person interview where they basically repeat all the questions from the video interview alongside some behaviour scenario questions eg tell us a time when xyz
The first round interview process wasn't difficult, they asked very simple questions. It was most likely to see if the candidate can communicate themselves well on the phone so that they can carry out the job.
Interview consisted of a mock call, an Interview and then a writing task. There was some prep required but it was made quite clear what would happen in each stage.
