Murdoch University interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and informative. The interviewers were nice, very polite, and answered my questions about the role well. I had a good experience and felt it was professional.

Painful panel interviews with set interview questions. Interviewers rank responses subjectively as “qualified” or “not qualified”. Interviewee is provided one question in advance. As both an interviewer and interviewee I found the Interviewing process at Murdoch to be a poor way to select candidates. The process selects who interviews well, and often times the questions have little to do with the role.
