I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Muscular Dystrophy Association (Albany, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Given a script that you read in front of your "coaches" they then give you a brief breakdown of what the goals are and what is expected of you. If you can read the script and speak well it appears easy to land the job.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Muscular Dystrophy Association (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was a group interview. You get a brief overview of MDA. Then from there they begin asking for candidates to introduce themselves one by one. After introductions, they do an icebreaker to see how you'd rebut certain decline situations, you may come across. They ask candidates to think of something you like and then to sell it to them.
