      I was invited for an interview with HR and Team Lead at the office. One of the tasks was to write an email to a customer who canceled a subscription to the service. After a few days, HR called and told me I was accepted. They said they would contact me during the week for further details. They never did. Via other employees, I found out they took someone else. 3-4 months after the HR casually called me again and said hi do you remember you applied to us? I have a vacancy, are you interested. I was obviously shocked with such a behavior. It was back then when the office waslocated primarily in Russia. I also heard that my situation was not the only, they made offer to person, who left old job, moved to another city, and they disappeared.

      It was very organised and smooth. Elina from HR was very supportive, quick and diplomatic. The test task was fair, feedback was quick. Everything was very comfortable, on time, punctual, and engaging. The structure and next steps were absolutely clear. Elina was always available, which immediately inspired trust
