Phone screen, 3-4 interviews, or however many it takes. I removed myself from the process because the job was much different than the job description. They also advertise 2 days in the office but if you're new they want you in the office 4 days a week even though most of your team is offshore and the rest won't likely be in the office those days with you either. I removed myself from the process after lackluster communication and extra rounds.
