Applied online, then a recruiter screening before an interview with the CTO to discuss the role and some more detailed QA questions before a take home test. After the test I received feedback that was unprofessional and showed that the values of the company were not what was discussed in the interview.

Interview
First stage online, went well, but was told the position was filled shortly after spending hours completing the practical test. Reapplied, first stage went well again, second stage in-person they were all lovely, everything came across as well receieved - response I had was feedback either on qualities I have in droves, or wasn't questioned on. I see the position is still online.
