Interview
They have a national recruiter looking for candidates. You have a phone interview with the recruiter. If you're a good candidate, they forward your information to the company. The company gives a phone interview. Then a day long in-person interview is given to those they are strongly considering. Travel, hotel and lodging are covered by the company. They interview you at the corporate office and they bring you on a tour to see their practices.
