Submitted CV online, school in Rome contacted me within a few days to arrange an interview. 2 interviews - both via Skype. Between first and second had to submit an video of teaching.
The interview was very informal and made me feel comfortable, no tricky questions and the overall experience was a pleasant one , I could tell by my interviewer that this school would be a brilliant place to work .

Interview
A nice conversational interview, the interviewer was very friendly and it was a laid back process. I liked the school and it’s atmosphere and also liked the sound of their social events for the students - it seemed like a very nice place to work.
