1. An initial call with the recruiter
2. A call with the team lead
3. A test assignment
4. A final interview
During the entire process, the recruiter was always available, answered all my questions, and provided support whenever needed. Another huge advantage for me was that the C-level team evaluates not only your current experience and skills, but also your growth potential and you as a person overall. So they believe in you and it`s truly motivates you. I really appreciate the company’s approach and the atmosphere within the team.
