The process is initial intro hr, followed by skype call and then an onsite call to the company. It was simple, they asked about my projects my prior work experience and gave introduction about their company and products.

1. Introduction to job from a recruiter (I had my CV listed there) 2. Introduction call 3. Interview 1 (HR) 4. Interview 2 (Department) 5. Contract & Job offering The whole proceeding took place in a transparent, open and constructive way. The next steps were communicated clearly and transparent.
