First interview is about 10 minutes and the second is around 45 mins. Overall they are just trying to get to know you. Everyone is super nice and it was a good overall experience.

The interview process took place over a week and consisted of two face-to-face interviews. The first was a brief in-office interview and the second took place in Sam's Club. The individual who was responsible for my interview was kind and made the process enjoyable. This appears to be a reasonably good starter position for someone with a high school degree and some sales skills. In the job listing on Indeed, Myriad Provisions lists the compensation as "$35,000-$50,000 Salary". This is untrue. The real compensation is a low hourly wage plus commission. There is nothing wrong with this being the true form of pay, but in my opinion, describing this as salary is misleading. There is a big difference between a set salary and hourly plus commission. Myriad Provisions appears to me to be a reputable company and I have no doubt that they have great intentions, but I feel that purposely misrepresenting their method of compensation may damage their credibility instantly with other prospective employees.
