Most effective interview process. It was an in person interview of about 30 to 50 minutes. The manager was a highly experienced and professional person. There were some general questions to start with about my prior experience and why I was interested in this opportunity. This was followed by a practical interview where I was given some sample job descriptions and sample candidate resumes and asked to pick suitable resumes as per the JDs. This was followed by general questions related to the position. Overall the process was very systematic and I was given with the interview result within 5 days. I was selected.
