When I arrived I was green by the Deputy Manager who introduced me to the Manager, the nursery appeared very welcoming. I was then provided with a tour before my interview commenced. My interview was with the Manager Aman, was very friendly and made the experience feel calm and exciting. She showed an interest in my Early Years journey so far and provided insite in to the growth that N Family Club can provide to their staffing team. For an interview, it did not feel uncomfortable and I left feeling positive and excited for the potential new adventure.

The process was friendly and welcoming from the start. Asked lots of questions, including scenario based questions. Gave you time to think and answer. Very thorough but not too overwhelming in my opinion.
