The interview was in person and it was actually very nice and engaging. Interesting questions and I received a lot of useful information about the role, team and company. However it was a waste of time for both parties as they only let me know by the end of the interview that they have a super strict and very old school work from home policy, meaning you get just one day of wfh. This is important for most job seekers, especially if you have disabilities/have a family/ have a life so I think this question should be asked in a phone/online pre screen, before inviting people all the way to the office. The job ad should also mention this and the "good work life balance" part should be removed or clarified.
For the rest, the interview was nice. I do not recommend people to apply if they need flexibility in their life, for whatever reason it may be.
