Interview
1. Phone screening interview with HR manager, general questions about previous experience and general fit for the company's startup culture.
2. Face-to-face technical interview with two developers, lots of questions about algorithms, JVM internals and high-level architecture.
3. Face-to-face behavioural interview with the CTO and the HR manager. Questions about managing projects and people, general background (hobbies, non-work-related professional interests).
4. A brief face-to-face meeting with the CEO.
Overall, great impression, the people were friendly, caring but quite demanding.
The process took probably longer than usual due to the winter holidays.
Before the offer was made, references from previous jobs were requested.

Objective . Clear instructions and a discussion more than an interview. Provide insight about a role in detail
Initial screening round. Then case study and then 2 rounds of interviews with the team
The interview process was very easy, friendly and consisted of few rounds with different levels. Interview type was rather informal conversation about the experience and goals. There was no skills test

Interview
The interview consists on steps:
- interview with recluiter
- test at hackerrank
- interview with CTO
- etc
I only take the first interview and the test. They decline to make me an offer.
I also apply for a Software Engineer and I was rejected (without clear reasons).
Everything seems to be quite 'unorder' and non-sense. They change the interview scheduler 3 times and finally I get an interview at fiday afternon (last day- last hour).
