I applied and got invited shortly for an HR interview. On the interview, I have a 1:1 video talk with an HR person, the job turned out different than it was described in the original job ad description and was not really a 'senior' role in the end as it was purely designed production and execution.

From my perspective, it was just a waste of time. It started surprisingly nice, the initial video interview/screening was performed just 3 days after I sent my application. The recruiter was nice and asked rather a set of standard questions for this stage of recruitment process. It took around 40 min. At the end, the recruiter told me she's going to come back with the feedback regarding the next steps in 2-3 days. Well, she did not. I sent her an e-mail a week after the interview and she replied quite quickly, that "she's been chasing the team for feedback but everyone's busy" and "she will be in touch when she hears back". And guess what? Never heard from her again. I'm not mad because I was obviously rejected, it happens and I'm totally ok with that. But this kind of communication is simply rude and disrespectful.
