N4 Solutions interview questions

The CEO was very charming in our first call, but in our second call was unwilling to budge on any of my very reasonable requests. He used strange scare tactics, including trying to triangulate me with and my teammate, suggesting she was trying to take my job (as if my colleagues and I don't talk). In email follow up I was expected to sign an offer letter in less than 24 hours on a weekend, then I was given a 2pm Monday deadline, and when I asked for one more day there was an email about all these very rigid deadlines and processes that 'surely I should understand as an experienced project manager'. This is not believable based on my extensive experience with small company CEOs, and other current negotiations with competitors who are all bidding on the same contract with the same Thursday deadline. Yucky tactics. I'm staying far away from this place.

The interview process was very thorough. The first step is receiving a call from their TA specialist. During this phone screen every detail of the job and your qualifications are discussed. From there a down-select from the candidates are completed and in-person interviews happen. It is a panel in-person interview with senior leadership members of the team. The questions were well thought out for the position I was interviewing for. As an interviewee, I was able to ask questions and those questions were answered honestly. The interview lastly about an hour and half. I then I had follow-up interview with the CEO and some additional members as well.
