Interview
The interview process at NAPCO was normal. I had an initial phone interview with the HR director, and then was brought in to speak with the hiring manager about a month later.
Communicated with with an admin of the department on LinkedIn to set up a time for a phone interview with the manager of the department. The interview went well and the admin reached out afterwards via LinkedIn again asking for times for an in person interview. I responded with my times/dates, and nobody ever got back to me.
