Interview
Just 1 call with the team that wanted to hire and it was a deep dive into my past projects. Make sure to be clear and detailed but also light and try to converse a little bit so the team feels like they can work with you.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (La Canada Flintridge, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
applied for a summer research position through the undergraduate fellowship program, reached out to my mentor and then had a virtual interview that was about 30 minutes long, then wrote and submitted a project proposal to secure another funding source for my project

Question 1
Do you have any experience working with the tools necessary for this project?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Pasadena, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was an in-person interview with a panel of three people. Two Business Administrator Managers and One Human Resources Representative (HRBP).
The HRBP person led the interview. It seemed like the HR rep was trying to discourage me from wanting the position stating how hard the job is and how much visibility it has to the rest of the Lab.
