Stevie was the first person that reached out to me via phone to discuss my qualifications for the position, and also if it would be a great fit for both parties. There is a three round interview process. The first round interview is fairly brief, and is conducted by the Director of Business Development, Brock Dugger. The second round interview entails speaking with a candidate currently in the management program, and then concluded with a meeting with the President/CEO Jonathan Perry. The third round interview is reserved for constructing an offer letter and basically offering the position.
