Received an email stating that my resume has been shortlisted and would like to proceed with a 1st round which is technical telephonic round. Called to the person responsible and had a conversation with him about the company and work environment.
Didn't even ask a single question about skills or technical and next day got a mail stating would like to proceed with other candidates. No respect to #EEO

Very fun process every person is so nice and understanding. Even when making a mistake the interviewer was more looking at the process of thinking, more than the right answer. Did not feel like an interview rather it felt like talking to someone with similar interests.
